Vičiūnai Group participated in one of Europe’s largest Private Label exhibitions – PLMA for the second time

International expansion, new connections, and the opportunity to present our products - these reasons brought Vičiūnai Group once again this year to one of the most important food industry events in Europe.

On May 19–20, Vičiūnai Group participated for the second time in the "PLMA World of Private Label International Trade Show", held in Amsterdam.

PLMA is one of the world’s largest private label exhibitions, annually bringing together retail chains, manufacturers, importers, and distributors from more than 75 countries worldwide. This year, the event featured over 3,000 exhibitors and approximately 30,000 visitors.

For Vičiūnai Group, participating for the second time was not only an opportunity to showcase its product portfolio, but also another important step in strengthening long-term relationships with partners and exploring new cooperation opportunities.

This year’s event was made even more special by a significant achievement - in cooperation with Coop Trading, a product manufactured by Vičiūnai Group, "PL Gyoza Kimchi and Pork", received an award at the prestigious "PLMA International Salute to Excellence Awards". This recognition once again confirms the company’s ability to create innovative, high-quality products that meet the expectations of international markets and consumers.

As colleagues who attended the exhibition shared, participating in events of this scale provides an opportunity not only to present products but also to feel the pulse of the market - to understand emerging trends, identify what customers are looking for, and recognize which directions are becoming increasingly relevant in international markets. Therefore, it is especially rewarding that “Vičiūnai Group” has had the opportunity to be part of this event for the second consecutive year.

A variety of VIČI products were showcased at the exhibition, with particular focus placed on key product categories - surimi products, salmon, breaded products, Gyoza, and pancakes.

The exhibition days were filled with meetings, conversations, and new insights that may eventually turn into even stronger partnerships and new projects. After all, every such experience is another step forward.
