This autumn, from October 28–31, Viči hits the road for the first time with its famous Gyoza — small parcels of Asian dumpling perfection, now ready to be enjoyed in the open air. The journey begins in an Andalusian square and continues through university campuses and along Malaga’s seaside promenade.

The four-day trip is already underway — Seville, Cordoba, and Malaga have turned into not only a culinary but also an emotional adventure.

From Plaza de la Encarnación beneath Seville’s giant Las Setas mushrooms to Muelle Uno in Malaga, where the sun sets over the sea, Viči invites passersby to stop, taste, chat, and immerse themselves in the experience of Asian flavors.

Three simple yet perfectly balanced options — Gyoza with chicken, beef, and vegetables — are the stars of this flavorful roadshow. Each bite tells a story of a journey — from the careful preparation process to the first hot, crispy taste made right before the visitors’ eyes.
