VIČI Gyoza at Žabac’s 10th Anniversary Event in Croatia
On 14 September, "Žabac", a Vičiūnai Group client, celebrated its 10th anniversary at "Matis" restaurant in Croatia. VIČI took part as a partner, presenting its "Gyoza "products.
The event began with a discussion on food waste, a particularly relevant topic for "Žabac", which operates in the food retail sector. Afterwards, guests gathered on the restaurant terrace, where they could taste VIČI "Gyoza" dishes prepared especially for the occasion. VIČI was the only partner brand prominently featured at the event, so our products attracted considerable attention.
Chef Marin Rendić prepared two dishes: Korean-style vegetable and chicken "Gyoza" with hummus, and vegetable "Gyoza" with sweet chilli and soy sauce. The dishes were served as appetisers and included in the lunch buffet, giving guests a chance to discover different ways to serve "Gyoza".
We received very positive feedback. Chef Marin said that VIČI "Gyoza" were among the best he had ever tasted. The event gave us an opportunity to introduce our products to Žabac’s guests and discuss further collaboration at future events.
